But as our business grew, we soon realized that the wet basements and crawl spaces in our area were some of the main factors contributing to not only energy loss, but also decreased home value and quality of life of local residents. That’s when Basements by Burke was born. Too often, we were going back to waterproof basements that other contractors had “finished.”

We are looking for experienced carpenters to lead a team in completion of all types of carpentry, including framing, deck building, finish carpentry, kitchen installations, custom woodwork and more! Requirements are as follows:
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving and criminal records as required by state laws for home service companies and by company insurance carrier(s)
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Strong written communication skills
Ability to use a laptop computer to present solutions, close sales and produce proposals
3-5 years of residential construction industry project estimating, or “in-home” sales experience preferred.
A background in Energy Efficient home improvements is a big advantage!
